Progress Se7en: Episode 7: The Return of the Revenge of the Phantom Protoman

This is the SECOND LAST update on the helmet before it is totally finished. 

Yes. This project will be declared done by Saturday, July 9th, because that is the day we are traveling to Nashville to see The Protomen. We've got our tickets and driving arrangements and we're going to rip some shit up. And by that I mean jay is going to mosh out in this helmet (probably destroyed by slobbering fans) and Josh and I will sit in the back making faces depending on how good the music is. 

But I digress.

This motherfuckingshit is almost finished. Look at these goddamned pictures and tell me how great I am.

No full pic of it, but this is the innards of a Audio Technica microphone Jay decided I should mount into the right cheek.

This is the mic we rigged up. I was kind of against it because of the feedback issue which is proving to be impossible to fix completely.

From the front, the inside edges show light through but there was nothing I could really do there.

All we need is to figure out what to do with the white LEDs. I'm not sure how we're going to pull that off in 3 days but considering how far it's come in 3 weeks I think we can do it.
